Billing and refunds
Email us from the address on your account, including your account phone number or email, the payment date and the amount. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what we can refund and when.
Deleting your account
You do not need to contact us — use Settings → Delete my account inside the app. Your records, accounts and shares are erased immediately; the activity log and your sign-in account are removed by us within 30 days. Export anything you want to keep first — Settings has JSON, CSV and PDF export.
If you have lost access to your account and cannot sign in, email us instead and we will handle it.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security problem, please email us before disclosing it publicly. We will respond quickly and credit you if you would like.
Inside the app
Signed-in users can also use Settings → Support to send us a message without leaving the app.

الفواتير والاسترداد
راسلنا من البريد المسجل في حسابك، مع ذكر رقم الهاتف أو البريد المسجل وتاريخ الدفع والمبلغ. وانظر سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء لمعرفة ما يمكن استرداده ومتى.
حذف حسابك
لا حاجة لمراسلتنا — استخدم الإعدادات ← حذف حسابي داخل التطبيق. تُحذف سجلاتك وحساباتك ومشاركاتك فوراً، ونحذف نحن سجل النشاط وحساب الدخول خلال ٣٠ يوماً. وصدّر ما تريد الاحتفاظ به أولاً — تجد في الإعدادات تصدير JSON وCSV وPDF.
وإن فقدت الوصول إلى حسابك ولم تستطع تسجيل الدخول، فراسلنا وسنتولى الأمر.
الإبلاغ عن ثغرة أمنية
إن اعتقدت أنك وجدت مشكلة أمنية فراسلنا قبل الإفصاح عنها علناً. سنرد بسرعة وننسب الفضل إليك إن رغبت.
داخل التطبيق
يمكن للمستخدمين المسجّلين أيضاً استخدام الإعدادات ← الدعم لإرسال رسالة دون مغادرة التطبيق.
