Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Al Shareek Al Tiqni Company for Computer Import (شركة الشريك التقني لاستيراد الحاسب الآلي) ("Elien", "we") for use of the Elien Accountant web app and mobile app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.

1. Who may use Elien

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you use Elien for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for that business.

2. Your account

You sign in with your phone number or Google account. Keep access to them secure.
You are responsible for everything done through your account.
If you set an app passcode or enable biometric unlock, that protects the app on your device. It does not encrypt your data, and we cannot recover a forgotten passcode for you.
Tell us promptly at info@elien.com.ly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a 15-day free trial with all features. No payment details are required to start it. When the trial ends you get a 3-day grace period, after which the Service becomes read-only until you subscribe.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Item	Terms
Price	10 LYD per month per plan. Longer terms are discounted: 3 months −10%, 6 months −15%, 12 months −25%.
Billing	Paid in advance for the term you choose. This is a prepaid term, not an auto-renewing subscription — nothing is charged again automatically, and you renew when you choose to.
Month length	A "month" means 30 days.
Currency	Libyan Dinar (LYD).
Taxes	Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are taken on our website through a licensed Libyan payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.

What happens if you do not renew

The Service becomes read-only. Your data is not deleted. You can still open it, view it and export it. Restoring from a backup requires an active paid subscription.

5. What you may and may not do

You may use Elien to record and manage your own finances and those of businesses you are authorised to act for. You must not:

use the Service unlawfully, including for money laundering, fraud or tax evasion;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' data, or our systems;
interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the Service;
resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission;
upload content you have no right to, or that is unlawful.

6. Your data

Your records remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them. We process them to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

7. Sharing with other users

If you share an account or wallet with someone, you are choosing to give that person access to that data, including the ability to change it if you grant "edit" permission. You are responsible for who you share with and for revoking access when it is no longer appropriate.

8. Elien is a record-keeping tool, not an accountant

Elien helps you record and organise financial information and produce reports from what you enter. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not file anything with any authority on your behalf. Reports are only as accurate as the data you enter. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for meeting your legal and tax obligations. Please have a qualified accountant review anything you rely on for official purposes.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or problems at providers we depend on (such as Google Firebase) may interrupt it. Offline mode lets you keep working without internet, and your entries sync when you reconnect.

10. Backups are your responsibility

Elien offers export and backup to your own Google Drive. We keep our own operational backups, but we do not guarantee we can restore your data after loss, corruption, or accidental deletion by you. Keep your own copies of anything important. Note that receipt photos are stored only on your device and are not included in cloud sync — export them if you need to keep them.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Libyan law, Elien is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions made using the Service or from errors in data you entered. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account (see the Privacy Policy).
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. Except in cases of serious misuse, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data.

13. Changes to the Service and to these terms

We may update the Service and these terms. If a change materially reduces what you get, we will notify you in the app or by email. Changes do not apply retroactively to a term you have already paid for. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Libya, and the courts of Libya have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather resolve issues directly — please contact us first.

شروط الخدمة

هذه الشروط هي الاتفاق بينك وبين شركة الشريك التقني لاستيراد الحاسب الآلي («الين») لاستخدام تطبيق الين المحاسب على الويب والهاتف («الخدمة»). بإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك الخدمة فأنت توافق عليها.

١. من يمكنه الاستخدام

يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن ١٨ عاماً وأن تكون أهلاً للتعاقد. وإن استخدمت الين لعمل تجاري فأنت تقر بأنك مخوّل بالتصرف نيابة عنه.

٢. حسابك

تسجّل الدخول برقم هاتفك أو حساب Google. حافظ على أمان الوصول إليهما.
أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يتم عبر حسابك.
رمز المرور أو البصمة يحمي التطبيق على جهازك، ولا يُشفّر بياناتك، ولا يمكننا استعادة رمز منسي.
أبلغنا فوراً على info@elien.com.ly إن اشتبهت بوصول غير مصرّح به لحسابك.

٣. التجربة المجانية

تحصل الحسابات الجديدة على ١٥ يوماً مجاناً بكل المزايا دون بيانات دفع. وبعد انتهائها تحصل على مهلة ٣ أيام، ثم تصبح الخدمة للقراءة فقط حتى تشترك.

٤. الاشتراك والدفع

البند	الشروط
السعر	١٠ د.ل شهرياً لكل خطة. وللمدد الأطول خصم: ٣ أشهر −١٠٪، ٦ أشهر −١٥٪، ١٢ شهراً −٢٥٪.
الفوترة	تُدفع مقدماً للمدة التي تختارها. وهو اشتراك مدفوع مسبقاً وليس تجديداً تلقائياً — لا يُخصم منك شيء تلقائياً وتجدّد متى شئت.
طول الشهر	«الشهر» يعني ٣٠ يوماً.
العملة	الدينار الليبي.
الضرائب	الأسعار شاملة لأي ضرائب مطبقة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

تُستقبل المدفوعات عبر موقعنا من خلال مزوّد دفع ليبي مرخّص. ولا نستلم أو نحفظ رقم بطاقتك كاملاً.

ماذا لو لم تجدّد

تصبح الخدمة للقراءة فقط. ولا تُحذف بياناتك. يمكنك فتحها والاطلاع عليها وتصديرها. أما الاستعادة من نسخة احتياطية فتتطلب اشتراكاً مدفوعاً سارياً.

٥. ما يجوز وما لا يجوز

يمكنك استخدام الين لتسجيل وإدارة أموالك وأموال الأعمال المخوّل بها. ولا يجوز:

استخدام الخدمة بشكل مخالف للقانون، بما في ذلك غسل الأموال أو الاحتيال أو التهرب الضريبي؛
محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به للخدمة أو لبيانات مستخدمين آخرين أو لأنظمتنا؛
التشويش على الخدمة أو إثقالها أو محاولة هندستها عكسياً؛
إعادة بيع الخدمة أو توزيعها دون إذن كتابي؛
رفع محتوى لا تملك حقه أو مخالف للقانون.

٦. بياناتك

سجلاتك تبقى ملكك ولا ندّعي ملكيتها. نعالجها لتقديم الخدمة كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية. ويمكنك تصديرها في أي وقت.

٧. المشاركة مع مستخدمين آخرين

عند مشاركة حساب أو محفظة فأنت تختار منح ذلك الشخص وصولاً لتلك البيانات، بما في ذلك تعديلها إن منحته صلاحية «تعديل». وأنت مسؤول عمّن تشارك معه وعن إلغاء الوصول عند انتفاء الحاجة.

٨. الين أداة لحفظ السجلات وليس محاسباً

يساعدك الين على تسجيل وتنظيم المعلومات المالية وإصدار تقارير مما تُدخله. وهو لا يقدّم استشارات محاسبية أو ضريبية أو قانونية أو مالية، ولا يقدّم أي إقرار لأي جهة نيابة عنك. ودقة التقارير من دقة ما تُدخله. تبقى مسؤولاً عن صحة سجلاتك وعن الوفاء بالتزاماتك القانونية والضريبية. ويُنصح بمراجعة محاسب مؤهل لأي أمر رسمي.

٩. الإتاحة

نسعى لإبقاء الخدمة تعمل، لكننا لا نضمن إتاحة دون انقطاع. فقد تتوقف للصيانة أو التحديث أو بسبب مشكلات لدى مزوّدين نعتمد عليهم مثل Google Firebase. ويتيح لك وضع «دون اتصال» مواصلة العمل، وتتزامن إدخالاتك عند عودة الاتصال.

١٠. النسخ الاحتياطي مسؤوليتك

يوفّر الين التصدير والنسخ الاحتياطي إلى Google Drive الخاص بك. ولدينا نسخنا التشغيلية، لكننا لا نضمن استعادة بياناتك بعد فقدها أو تلفها أو حذفها منك سهواً. احتفظ بنسخك الخاصة لما يهمك. وانتبه أن صور الإيصالات تُحفظ على جهازك فقط ولا تُدرج في المزامنة السحابية — صدّرها إن أردت الاحتفاظ بها.

١١. المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون الليبي، تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». ولا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو فوات الأرباح أو الخسائر الناتجة عن قرارات اتُخذت بالاعتماد على الخدمة أو عن أخطاء في بيانات أدخلتها. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على ما دفعته لنا خلال ١٢ شهراً السابقة للمطالبة. ولا تستثني هذه الشروط أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استثناؤها قانوناً.

١٢. الإيقاف والإنهاء

يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام في أي وقت وطلب حذف حسابك (انظر سياسة الخصوصية).
يجوز لنا إيقاف أو إنهاء حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو عند اقتضاء القانون. وفي غير حالات الإساءة الجسيمة سنُشعرك ونمنحك فرصة لتصدير بياناتك.

١٣. التغييرات

قد نحدّث الخدمة وهذه الشروط. وإن قلّل التغيير جوهرياً مما تحصل عليه فسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق أو بالبريد. ولا تسري التغييرات بأثر رجعي على مدة دفعت ثمنها. واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التغيير يعني قبولك له.

١٤. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ليبيا، وتختص المحاكم الليبية بأي نزاع. ونفضّل كثيراً حل الأمور مباشرة — تواصل معنا أولاً.
