Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Elien Accountant ("Elien", "we") collects, why, and what happens to it. It describes the app as it is actually built.

Elien is operated by Al Shareek Al Tiqni Company for Computer Import (شركة الشريك التقني لاستيراد الحاسب الآلي), Al-Falah, near the traffic light, Tripoli, Libya. Contact: info@elien.com.ly.

1. What we collect

Account information

Phone number — used to sign you in. This is the primary login method.
Name and email address — taken from your Google account if you sign in with Google, or entered by you.
Subscription status — your plan, its status and expiry date.

Information you enter

Your accounting records — accounts, treasuries, clients and suppliers, transactions, amounts, categories, dates and notes.
Organization details — business name, phone, email, address, tax settings, and (optionally) a logo, stamp and signature image used on the PDFs you generate.

Technical information

Basic sign-in security data handled by Google Firebase Authentication (including reCAPTCHA checks on the web to prevent automated abuse).
Your language, theme and display preferences, stored on your device.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking. Elien contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no third-party tracking or profiling. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

2. Where your data is stored

Your own Google Drive	Only if you use the backup feature. Backups go to your Drive, not ours — we cannot read them.

Receipt photos stay on your device

Photos you attach to records are stored only on the device you took them on. They are not uploaded to our servers and do not sync between devices. If you log out, reset the app, or clear your browser data, attached photos are permanently lost. Export or back up anything you need to keep.

Your passcode

If you set an app passcode, it is stored on your device and never sent to us. If biometric unlock is enabled, it is held in your device's secure keystore. The passcode protects the app on your device; it does not encrypt your data.

3. Services we rely on

Google Firebase — sign-in, database and hosting.
Google Drive — only if you enable backups, and only to your own Drive. Elien requests the limited drive.file permission, which grants access only to the backup files Elien itself creates — it cannot see the rest of your Drive.
Google Fonts — the Arabic typeface used by the interface.
cdnjs (Cloudflare) — small libraries loaded on demand for QR scanning and importing data files.

Optional: linked tasks app

If you choose to connect the companion tasks app, Elien sends details of your overdue records (the record name, amount, currency, category, due date, any note, and the related account name) to that separate service so it can create reminders. This happens only if you connect it, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings.

4. Sharing with other people

You may share a single account or a whole wallet with someone else, using their phone number or email address. When they accept, they can see the data you shared, and if you granted "edit" permission they can also change it. You can revoke access at any time in Settings. We never share your data with other users unless you set up a share yourself.

5. Device permissions

Fingerprint / biometrics	Optional unlock of the app. We never receive your biometric data — it stays with your device's operating system.
Notifications	Due-date reminders you set, and occasional service notices.

Elien does not request access to your contacts, location, SMS or call logs.

6. Security — and its limits

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Google Firebase, which encrypts data at rest on its servers. Access to your account requires your phone or Google sign-in.

Please be clear about what this does not mean. Elien does not add its own end-to-end encryption on top of that. Your records are stored in a form our systems can read, and data held locally on your device is not separately encrypted by the app. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to read locally stored data. No service can promise perfect security.

7. Keeping and deleting your data

Your records are kept while your account exists, so that they remain available to you.
You can export your data at any time (JSON, CSV or PDF) from Settings.
Logging out clears the app's local copy on that device. It does not delete anything stored in your account.
Deletion of transactions and settlements is written to an internal, append-only activity log, which is retained for the integrity of your books.
To delete your account, use Settings → Delete account. Your records, accounts and shares are erased immediately. The tamper-proof activity log and your sign-in account are removed by us within 30 days — they are deliberately not deletable from the app itself. You can also email info@elien.com.ly if you prefer.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@elien.com.ly from the email or phone number on your account and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Elien is a business tool and is not directed at children. Do not use it if you are under 18.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.

سياسة الخصوصية

توضح هذه السياسة ما يجمعه تطبيق الين المحاسب ولماذا وما الذي يحدث له، وهي تصف التطبيق كما هو مبني فعلياً.

يُشغّل الين من قبل شركة الشريك التقني لاستيراد الحاسب الآلي، الفلاح، بالقرب من الإشارة الضوئية، طرابلس، ليبيا. للتواصل: info@elien.com.ly.

١. ما الذي نجمعه

معلومات الحساب

رقم الهاتف — لتسجيل الدخول، وهو الطريقة الأساسية.
الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني — من حساب Google إن سجّلت الدخول به، أو تدخلها بنفسك.
حالة الاشتراك — خطتك وحالتها وتاريخ انتهائها.

ما تُدخله أنت

سجلاتك المحاسبية — الحسابات والخزائن والعملاء والموردون والحركات والمبالغ والتصنيفات والتواريخ والملاحظات.
بيانات المؤسسة — الاسم والهاتف والبريد والعنوان وإعدادات الضريبة، واختيارياً الشعار والختم والتوقيع المستخدمة في ملفات PDF.

معلومات تقنية

بيانات أمان تسجيل الدخول التي تديرها Google Firebase (بما فيها فحص reCAPTCHA على الويب لمنع الاستخدام الآلي).
تفضيلات اللغة والمظهر، وتُحفظ على جهازك.

لا نستخدم أي تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبع. لا يحتوي الين على أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات أو تتبع من طرف ثالث. ولا نبيع بياناتك أو نؤجّرها لأي جهة.

٢. أين تُحفظ بياناتك

المكان	ماذا
Google Firebase	ملف حسابك وإعدادات المؤسسة والحسابات والسجلات. مستضافة لدى Google.
على جهازك	نسخة محلية لتعمل دون إنترنت، إضافة إلى تفضيلاتك ورمز القفل وصور الإيصالات.
Google Drive الخاص بك	فقط إذا استخدمت النسخ الاحتياطي. تذهب النسخ إلى Drive الخاص بك ولا يمكننا الاطلاع عليها.

صور الإيصالات تبقى على جهازك

الصور المرفقة بالسجلات تُحفظ على الجهاز الذي التقطتها به فقط. لا تُرفع إلى خوادمنا ولا تتزامن بين الأجهزة. عند تسجيل الخروج أو إعادة تعيين التطبيق أو مسح بيانات المتصفح تُفقد نهائياً. صدّر ما تحتاج الاحتفاظ به.

رمز المرور

إن أنشأت رمز مرور للتطبيق فهو يُحفظ على جهازك ولا يُرسل إلينا. وعند تفعيل البصمة يُحفظ في مخزن المفاتيح الآمن بجهازك. الرمز يحمي التطبيق على جهازك ولا يُشفّر بياناتك.

٣. الخدمات التي نعتمد عليها

Google Firebase — تسجيل الدخول وقاعدة البيانات والاستضافة.
Google Drive — فقط عند تفعيل النسخ الاحتياطي، وإلى Drive الخاص بك. يطلب الين صلاحية drive.file المحدودة، وهي تتيح الوصول فقط للملفات التي ينشئها الين نفسه.
Google Fonts — الخط العربي المستخدم في الواجهة.
cdnjs (Cloudflare) — مكتبات صغيرة تُحمّل عند الحاجة لمسح رمز QR واستيراد الملفات.

اختياري: تطبيق المهام المرتبط

إذا اخترت ربط تطبيق المهام المصاحب، يرسل الين تفاصيل السجلات المتأخرة (اسم السجل والمبلغ والعملة والتصنيف وتاريخ الاستحقاق وأي ملاحظة واسم الحساب المرتبط) إلى تلك الخدمة لإنشاء تذكيرات. يحدث ذلك فقط إن قمت بالربط، ويمكنك فصله في أي وقت من الإعدادات.

٤. المشاركة مع الآخرين

يمكنك مشاركة حساب واحد أو محفظة كاملة عبر رقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني. عند القبول يستطيع الطرف الآخر الاطلاع على ما شاركته، وإن منحته صلاحية «تعديل» فيمكنه التغيير أيضاً. يمكنك إلغاء الوصول متى شئت من الإعدادات. ولا نشارك بياناتك مع أي مستخدم آخر ما لم تفعل ذلك بنفسك.

٥. أذونات الجهاز

الكاميرا	لمسح رمز الدخول QR ولتصوير الإيصالات. تُعالج الصور على جهازك.
البصمة	فتح التطبيق اختيارياً. لا نستلم بياناتك الحيوية إطلاقاً — تبقى في نظام تشغيل جهازك.
الإشعارات	تذكيرات تواريخ الاستحقاق التي تحددها، وإشعارات الخدمة أحياناً.

لا يطلب الين الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الموقع أو الرسائل أو سجل المكالمات.

٦. الأمان وحدوده

تُنقل بياناتك عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) وتُحفظ لدى Google Firebase التي تُشفّر البيانات على خوادمها. ويتطلب الوصول إلى حسابك تسجيل الدخول بهاتفك أو بحساب Google.

ولنكن واضحين بشأن ما لا يعنيه ذلك: لا يضيف الين تشفيراً طرفياً خاصاً به فوق ذلك. سجلاتك محفوظة بصيغة يمكن لأنظمتنا قراءتها، والبيانات المحفوظة محلياً على جهازك ليست مشفّرة بشكل منفصل من التطبيق. وقد يتمكن من يصل إلى جهازك وهو غير مقفل من قراءتها. ولا تستطيع أي خدمة أن تَعِد بأمان مُطلق.

٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

تُحفظ سجلاتك طالما ظل حسابك قائماً لتبقى متاحة لك.
يمكنك تصدير بياناتك في أي وقت (JSON أو CSV أو PDF) من الإعدادات.
تسجيل الخروج يمسح النسخة المحلية على ذلك الجهاز فقط، ولا يحذف ما هو محفوظ في حسابك.
يُسجَّل حذف الحركات والتسويات في سجل نشاط داخلي غير قابل للتعديل، ويُحتفظ به لسلامة الدفاتر.
لحذف حسابك استخدم الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. تُمسح سجلاتك وحساباتك ومشاركاتك فوراً. أما سجل النشاط غير القابل للتعديل وحساب الدخول فنحذفهما خلال ٣٠ يوماً — وهما عمداً غير قابلين للحذف من داخل التطبيق. ويمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا على info@elien.com.ly.

٨. حقوقك

يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. راسلنا على info@elien.com.ly من البريد أو الرقم المسجل في حسابك وسنرد خلال ٣٠ يوماً.

٩. الأطفال

الين أداة أعمال وغير موجّه للأطفال. لا تستخدمه إن كان عمرك أقل من ١٨ عاماً.

١٠. التغييرات

عند تغيير هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق عند التغييرات الجوهرية.
